It was great! I will use again.
Tidy, clean, room, comfortable bed with great breakfast, front desk very helpful and welcoming.
During winter a kettle to boil hot water for warm drink at night is missing, I know it is Ibis standard, but that’s what I missed.

Good
About 2 km / 25 min. walking distance from Médina. Located in a decent neighborhood. Good mattress at bed. Helped us immediately to organize a trip with taxi driver to Testour, Dougga and El Kef, although a bit pricey but still better than organized tour. Smiley and English speaking staff.
Very hot in the room. Insufficient air conditioning. Better to open the window and shut off the air conditioning. Standardized mediocre breakfast. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom.

Location the location was very good. The woman in the furniture also good but the surface wasn’t that good compared to the value
I didn’t get any attention and I didn’t get anyone to help me with my luggage so I stuck in the door no no one help me and also one of the waitress at the restaurant try to get more money from me

pleasant security guard, nice breakfast
outdated interiors falling apart, bleached sheets with very strong odor, at breakfast on way out asked me my room number several times for everyone to hear, at front in security there are metal detectors but if it buzzes it doesn’t matter, one of the more expensive hotels in the area
